Community Updates

IMPORTANT: I shared this message earlier this week, but it is worth sharing again. A team of 20-30 skilled volunteers with building trades experience is coming to Greenfield to help with home repairs. They’ll be arriving on September 20 and staying for about two weeks. Homeowners must supply building materials and their labor is completely free! If you need assistance, be sure to contact Jeremy Cooper at 641-431-1358 to secure your spot.

SHARE YOUR STORY: The Greenfield Public Library is collecting stories from the May 21, 2024 tornado. Stories can be turned in at the library or emailed to gpl@greenfield.lib.ia.us or contact Myra Lisk, 641-745-5785. Copies of the book will be available for those wanting a copy (details on that are still being worked out and will be shared in a future update). Myra may be reaching out to you in the coming days and weeks to ensure everyone has an opportunity to share their story.
